課程概述 |
本課程將從人類學與原住民研究中幾位重要的理論作者如Marshall Sahlins、Adam Kuper 、John Bowen、James Clifford 、Tania Li 與Anna L. Tsing等人在2000年前後與近期，所提出的原住民課題與相關當代現象做為焦點。
主題方面將由「原住民」與「原住民性」的定義與其影響開始談起，每週議題將涵蓋世界幾個重要的原住民課題，從文化遺產與博物館，到原住民知識性質與發展，還有原住民社會運動與全球性網絡串聯
在區域上，我們也將盡量擴大對於不同地區的原住民世界的認識，從東南亞熱帶雨林和大陸東南亞的交界地區、非洲、加拿大極地地區、紐西蘭與澳洲、東亞等地重要的原住民分布地區，嘗試釐清與連結當今世界原住民所共同面對的社會議題，同時也希望能將人類學與原住民研究相關的理論、討論與概念做一架構性的整理。

本課程以當代議題和重要的世界原住民居住區域做連結，以近期原住民研究做為主要的課程閱讀教材，針對未來有興趣從事原住民研究和相關應用工作的學生，建立世界原住民重要課題認識的基礎。 |

課堂報告 |
40% |
每週有兩至三篇指定閱讀，第一部分老師將進行主題引言與重要問題的提醒和提問，第二部分為修課同學輪流作課堂報告，每人25分鐘，需全部指定閱讀（大約三篇）作摘要（2-3頁左右，2000字左右），且提出討論問題與個人回應。
當週未負責報告的同學，亦須於閱讀指定文獻後，提出一題討論問題並參與討論（500字）。
上述摘要（報告同學）與提問（未負責報告同學）請於每週星期三晚上12:00前，上傳到ceiba）。課堂報告順序在選課人數確定後第四週確定。
課堂報告為分次作業，一共有文本閱讀週數與一次工作坊心得報告。

將以課程單元相關課題出題，以申論題為主，隔週上課時間前交上，遲交一天扣二十分，扣完為止。 |

個人進行世界原住民之分析報告。期末報告在最後一週上課時進行口頭報告，文字報告繳交在一週後，篇幅在8000-10000字左右。 |

上課基本要求:10%為出席率，任何請假請事先告知，並以學校電子系統請假操作。本課程採點名制，一次未到扣總成績3分，三次點名未到者，依學校規定視同自行放棄修課。
